Non-governmental organizations and civilians, especially traders, are the most affected. To cope with the situation, the Security Coordination of the city&#8217;s movements decided to intensify the patrols.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Our field work is the regulation of traffic, the control of motorcycle and car papers, as well as the systematic control of all that is suspicious in city traffic,&#8221; said Habib Ag Babahmad, Deputy Coordinator of the Kidal Security Commission. According to him, its members have made arrests and returned stolen objects to their owners.<\/p>\n<p>The inhabitants that we met, wished that the patrols are done in a perennial way. For Mossa Ag, a trader in Kidal, &#8220;since the patrol began l, the thieves have calmed down.<\/p>\n<p>NGOs contacted by the Sahelien.com correspondent on the spot did not wish to express themselves.
