The post of the Malian Armed Forces of Bamba, located in the Gao region, was the subject of a terrorist attack early Monday, June 19.
The assessment talks about one dead and a seriously injured in the ranks of the army according to a security source in Gao. Three assailants were killed, the same source added.
“By 6:45 am, the aerial vectors of Barkhane flew over the area, there were no more assailants. The reorganization of the FAMa apparatuses was underway”, the army said on its website.
